Preparing for Holy Week
We have made some intentional changes to our Palm Sunday liturgy to better prepare us for the journey of Holy Week. We will not be reading the passion narrative during the liturgy this Palm Sunday.  Rather, we invite all to participate fully in all of the events of Holy Week, on the days in which they occur. Join us on Wednesday evening for Tenebrae, Thursday evening for Maundy Thursday foot washing, feast of friends and stripping of the altar, and Friday for Good Friday liturgy at noon and the Artists Stations of the Cross in the evening. Come experience sacred space on Holy Saturday, with a brief liturgy and Taizé music at 10 am in the nave, and labyrinth and Altar of Repose available 9am-2pm.  Pick up a copy of our Triduum booklet on the way out of church on Palm Sunday, and bring it back with you for these liturgies. If you are unable to be with us during Holy week, then we encourage you to worship at a parish more convenient to you, or to participate from home, using the booklet as your guide.
